Miles Per Hour is so much more than just a track club.  Our goal is to develop our kids mentally and physically, build speed and endurance. Every practice we focus on simple concepts such as (finishing, giving it your all, everytime, Respect any and everyone, CYA (choose your attitude), handling emotions, Just to name a few. 

Respect is our theme for 2012. 

As coaches we love our kids and want to see everyone of them improve while giving it their best.
